Identifiers and Chief Complaint:
20 year old woman from Mexico referred for management of gastric adenocarcinoma
History of the Present Illness:
One year ago the patient presented with epigastric pain and weight loss and was found to have adenocarcinoma of the stomach. A distal, partial gastric resection with Bilroth II gastrojejunostomy was performed. She did well until 2 months ago when she developed epigastric pain, early satiety, and weight loss. EGD performed in Mexico showed a mass near the gastrojejunostomy. Biopsies of the mass were said to show adenocarcinoma. She comes to our hospital for further management.

Medications:
None
Personal and Social History:
No excessive alcohol or tobacco use; no substance abuse; no travel; stable family and finances.
Family History:
No relevant family history of serious diseases.
