This patient was found to have a sigmoid polyp on a screening
sigmoidoscopy and was referred for colonoscopy. There was no history of prior
colon polyps, rectal bleeding, recent change in bowel habits or weight loss.

Peripheral vascular disease
Pulmonary tuberculosis in 1989
Medications:
Aspirin 81mg PO QD
Personal and Social History:
No excessive alcohol use; no substance abuse; no travel; stable
family and finances
