The Vi-Cell XR is a viability analyzer and cell counter that is great for standardization and high throughput experiments. In addition to viability and cell concentration it is highly useful to obtain proper cell sizing for proper sort setups as well as quality control.
As illistrated below there are green highlighted 'viable' cells as well as red highlighted 'un-viable' cells. The images can be saved for future referance as well as various data reporting configurations including exporting into Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
