We have a NEW LSRFortessa Analyzer, LSRII Analyzer, CantoII Analyzer, a three-laser FACSAria sorter, a four-laser FACSAriaII sorter, an automated Viability Analyzer/Cell Counter, an AutoMACS Magnetic Column Cell Separator, and two computers at our workstations. We offer training on all our instruments.
Analyzer Training- $150
(no cells kept, acquire data on fluorescence expression)
Vi-Cell Training- Complementary
(cell counter and viability analyzer)
Sort Training- $90/hour
(keep some cells,analyze the fluorescence expression AND deflect a certain population of cells to be kept in a tube, plate, or onto a slide)
AutoMACS Training- Complementary
