Financial Aid Application information and forms are available online for all enrolled students at Baylor College of Medicine. Click on the correct academic year link below to find detailed required forms and checklist to complete the financial aid process. Please note you will be prompted to login using your BCM user name and password. Deadline dates, after all documentation is complete and verified, will allow your funds to be disbursed during the first week of class. No funds are disbursed after the final deadline posted. Funds are not disbursed prior to the first day of class.
Current Enrolled Student Information and Application
Academic Year 2012-2013 - (login required)
- First Deadline April 16, 2012 - Need based scholarship and subsidized institutional loans guaranteed, if eligible, through this date. Awarded on a first come, first serve basis and will award past this deadline until all scholarships funds are exhausted. This deadline does not apply to incoming students.
- Second Deadline June 1, 2012 - Aid likely to arrive by the tuition deadline of Sept. 1
- Final Deadline April 1, 2013 - No aid awarded after this date. All documents and scheduled disbursement must be made before this deadline
