Determination of Need
A student demonstrates financial need when his or her expected contribution is less than the cost of education. A student's expected contribution is calculated by applying a process called Federal Methodology to the information provided on the Free Application for Federal Student Aid web site.
Every effort is made to ensure students are treated in a fair and equitable manner. Students experiencing unusual circumstances should notify the Office of Student Financial Aid and provide supporting documentation such as receipts, bills and other documentation demonstrating financial need.
