Kelsey-Seybold Clinic Program
The Kelsey-Seybold Clinic Program is designed to give you the strongest preparation for practice in the "real world." Kelsey-Seybold Clinic is one of the largest multi-specialty group practices in the country.
With over 250 physicians in 23 clinic sites in the Houston area, Kelsey-Seybold Clinic Program's Family Medicine Center is housed in the state-of-the-art main campus facility. The 400,000-square-foot multi-specialty ambulatory care center provides primary and specialty care in a single location, an outpatient surgery center, a minor emergency center, on-site pharmacy, and full laboratory and radiology support.
Specialty and subspecialty rotations at the Kelsey-Seybold Clinic main campus, St. Luke's Episcopal Hospital, Texas Children's Hospital and The Woman's Hospital allow close collaboration between the attending physician and the resident (typically, one-on-one) with emphasis on the primary care aspects of the particular specialty.
We believe that the combination of the Kelsey-Seybold Clinic's busy multi-specialty practice and the rich academic environment of the Texas Medical Center and Baylor College of Medicine afford the motivated resident unparalleled opportunities to become the family physician they want to be. Our vision for this program includes developing the opportunity for residents to pursue a Masters of Business Administration with an emphasis on medical management.
We are looking for residents who are interested in practicing urban or suburban family medicine in a group practice or multi-specialty environment, and who may see themselves eventually having a leadership role within a medical group practice.
