hours). This fast-paced three-hour interactive
workshop provides participants with an
overview of general teaching concepts
covering large group teaching skills,
small group teaching skills, one-on-one
clinical precepting, and evaluation and
feedback of learners.

20, 2007 - Your Career as a Medical Educator (2.0 hours). The goal of this
workshop is to assist faculty in their preparation
for an
academic career with a potential emphasis on
education. We will discuss skills, considerations,
negotiations and opportunities at Baylor College
of Medicine, The University of Texas Medical
School, and the University of Texas Dental
Branch at Houston.
