Phase II Report of the Educator Peer Mentoring and Review Subcommittee
With a charge from Dr. Rebecca Kirkland, associate dean for Curriculum, the Educator Peer Mentoring and Review Subcommittee of the Committee for Educator Development has prepared a report outlining the issues associated with enhancing educator peer mentoring and review at Baylor College of Medicine. The report will guide the ongoing activities of the subcommittee into the 21st century.
