EDICT BackPack Project
The EDICT BackPack Project – identifies, compiles, and makes available information about policies, practices, programs, projects and other resources that have been demonstrated to help eliminate disparities in the recruitment and retention of underrepresented groups in clinical trials. read project report for more details
The EDICT BackPack Project is funded under Cooperative Agreement Number MPCMP051006-03 from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office of Minority Health to the Baylor College of Medicine Chronic Disease Prevention and Control Research Center. The Office of Minority Health acknowledges the NIH National Center for Minority Health and Health Disparities for its financial contribution to this effort, and also to HHS Office on Women’s Health for its support.
We invite you to access the contents of the virtual EDICT BackPack, give us feedback on what you found useful, and nominate additional policies, practices, programs, projects, or resources which you can recommend for inclusion.
The BackPack will be updated regularly. If you want to be notified when new resources are added, click here to subcribe to the project mailing list.
For more information about the EDICT BackPack Project, please contact project manager, Rosanne Trost, at 713-798-9056 or edictbackpack@bcm.edu.
