2011 National IRACDA Conference

The 2011 National IRACDA Conference will be held in Houston, Texas and hosted by the REACH IRACDA partners, Baylor College of Medicine, Prairie View A & M University, The University of Houston Downtown and the University of St Thomas.
The theme for the meeting is “Transforming Undergraduate Science Education: Revisiting Bio2010” and will focus our discussions on sharing practical information on enhancing undergraduate science education. The conference will begin with a reception and dinner at 6 p.m., Sunday, June 19 and conclude at 9 p.m. on Tuesday, June 21. The Downtown Houston Hyatt Hotel is the site for the conference. You may visit the Registration web page to register for the conference and for the Houston Hyatt Hotel. Understand, YOU MUST reserve your room by May 18 in order to receive the special conference rate. In addition, Regular Registration for the Conference, which is $250, ends May 18. After that date registration fees will be $300.
The program will be filled with examples of enhancing education of undergraduates, overcoming problems in making changes on campuses and professional development activities and workshops to help post-docs continue to advance toward your career goals.
