| Learning Activities |
| The elective is tailored for second year medical students participating in the International Health Track but is open to 2nd, 3rd and 4th year Baylor medical students. The class meets monthly for discussion of pre-assigned readings on topics related to international health. |
| Evaluation Methods |
| Students are required to write a 5 page research paper on a chosen topic and will present an abstract of the paper to the class. Eighty percent attendance is required to pass. |
