Protein Sequencing - Edman Degradation

Peptide Synthesis

Protein Sequencing - Edman Degradation

  • $22 per residue (minimum charge $220)

Mass Spectrometry and Protein Identification

  • Mass determination - $50-$75/sample
  • Enzymatic digestion and protein identification by MALDI-TOF - $300-$400
  • Enzymatic digestion and protein identification by MS/MS - $400-$500
  • Phosphorylation site identification following protein digestion - $400-$500

Amino Acid Analysis

  • $80-$100 per sample

Peptide Synthesis

  • $42-$55 per residue depending on the scale of synthesis (minimum charge is for 10 residues) includes analytical HPLC and MS analysis
  • Modified amino acids- $50-$400 depending on the modification

Tetramer Production
