PLEASE OBSERVE THE FOLLOWING RULES AND PROCEDURES REGARDING ROOM RESERVATIONS:
Food and drinks are allowed. Leaving the rooms clean is the responsibility of the department/person reserving the room. Housekeeping charges may be assessed should rooms not be cleaned after use.
The Cancer Center Members and Programs will have priority status for use of our rooms. In the event a meeting should be scheduled on one of the dates your meeting is scheduled, we would then need to move or cancel your reservation. We will inform you of any changes well in advance of your scheduled event.
Please note “set-up” time required to prepare a room (i.e., a room reserved from noon until 1 p.m. is not available until noon) unless prior arrangements have been made.
Telephone reservations are not accepted. Please e-mail Leticia Ayala at layala@bcm.edu. Please allow a one day turn around to receive your request. Once your request has been approved an e-mail will be sent to you. This will serve as “official” verification of your room reservation.
Audiovisual equipment is available in both rooms. Before using the equipment, please arrange for training with Cancer Center IT.
