Animal Handling and Imaging Core Facility
The primary objectives of this core to:
- Provide assistance with issues related to animal handling, husbandry, and phenotyping
- Offer state-of-the-art facilities and technical support for, and expertise in, mammary-specific and general surgical procedures
- Provide imaging capabilities for evaluation of mammary phenotypes, tumor development and metastasis in prepared specimens and living mice
- Serve as a center for coordination of tissue sharing among investigators
