Jacques Moret, M.D.

Dr. Jaques Gerard Moret is clinical associate professor of Radiology at Baylor College of Medicine.

After completing a neuroradiology fellowship at Loma Linda he joined the Board of Radiology at University René Descartes in Paris, France and became chairman of the Department of Interventional Neuroradiology at The Foundation Rothschild Hospital in Paris, France.

Moret initially came to Baylor in 1989 as a visiting professor of radiology. In 1994, he returned to France to serve as professor of radiology at the University Bichat-Beaujon in Paris.

Moret is a member of several medical societies dedicated to advancement of neuroradiology research including The European Society of Neuroradiology, The American Society of Neuroradiology and The French Society of Neuroradiology. Moret is the founding member of the Working Group in Interventional Neuroradiology. He is former president of the French Society of Neuroradiology, co-president of the First Congress of the World Federation of Interventional and Therapeutic Neuroradiology, and former chairman of the European College of Interventional Neuroradiology.
