Our Women's Center Coordinator will provide you with a questionnaire (PDF) to complete prior to your visit to help determine which services are best for you, based on your age and underlying medical condition. For those with complex medical needs, follow-up healthcare is available through the renowned team of specialists located at Baylor Clinic.

NOTE: There is a scheduling deposit fee of $60 that is required to book your Women’s Center appointment. This scheduling deposit fee will be directly applied to your co-pay or medical expenses on the day of your appointment. Refund of the scheduling deposit fee will be made only if we receive notification at least five business days prior to your appointment.
